Yea celebrity tours are different than VIP tours

OK here is the skinny on the VIP tours they offer 2 different tours:

Standard Tour: $195/hour ($175 off peak) gets you a guide that takes you around the park and tells you interesting facts blah blah...

Premium VIP Tour: $295/hour ($275 off peak) gets you the same thing as the Standard Tour but durring your tour you get unlimited fastpasses. Basically you can go into any fastpass line durring your tour... but you still have to wait in line. And there are a few non fastpass rides that you can bypass the line but not all!

Oh yea these tours all have a 6 hour minimum and its good for up to 10 guests!

I read somewhere that Haunted Mansion offers FP, but only in the summer. Is this true? Are there other rides like this? I saw that Autopia offers FP, but I don't remember there being it being there last time I went. Was I just not paying attention?

Haunted Mansion offers fastpass during the holiday overlay (late September through New Year's), not during summer.

Also, Autopia DOES have fastpass, but it is a huge waste of a fastpass if you ask me! Not very time-saving.

Only when very busy or durring the Nightmare before christmas overlay... Autopia has fastpasses but they are not always open either. The FP distribution is near the exit across the walkway near innoventions!

My dad keeps asking me how much for the front of the line pass? I have never heard of such a thing. I mean I know about fast pass but he thinks there is some special ticket you can buy that gets you ahead in lines. I am thinking he thinks this may be especially nice as one of my children has high functioning autism and this is what my dad is calling our "once in a lifetime trip..he is paying..hehehe.

Any info you have would be appreciated!

i think with your situation as it stands with your kid, i think a GAC would be beneficial to you...even if he has high functioning autism, it would still benefit him i think.. so good luck with what ever you decide!
