For a few select items, they do have the recipes available in a binder at City Hall that you can look at (and I assume copy down/photograph if desired). Were you looking for something in particular?

Thanx. No, I wasn't looking for anything specific. I'm just the one in our circle that gets all the Disney related questions. These people don't understand that I'm a rookie compared to a lot of people on the DIS.

I emailed them and they gave me the recipe for Flo's Coca Cola BBQ sauce., but it was a bit of a 'clone' as one of the ingredients was 'your favourite BBQ sauce' rather than exactly what they used. They also cook in such huge batches and the recipe amounts they give out have been adjusted for 'family use'.
If your friends have a specific item they'd like, just email and ask for it.
As StormyCA mentioned, the recipes have been scaled, so even if you follow them exactly, they may still taste different from what you get in the restaurant.
During past AP Days they have been giving out recipe cards for some favorites. I have Yukon Potato Stack from SH55 and Choux Fritters from Royal Street Veranda from last year. I think they had different ones every week. I have some from the previous year also but I can't find them right now.
They do publish cookbooks with recipes from all the parks and the cruises, those are obviously not free though.
If you do a google search for whatever you're looking for and copycat recipe, you'll get hits on several recipes. For what it's worth, this works for Disney restaurants as well as others. You likely won't find everything you're looking for, but I've found quite a few searching that way.
