Does Disney World have a package check?

Hello,

I was wondering if Disney World has any areas like Disneyland's package check (I've heard tale of it online) or if you can request from customer service to have your packages held behind the desk while you walk around the park? I plan on doing a bit of shopping and worry about having to lug all my items around the park.

WDW does have a couple options. You can have some thing sent back to resort room. You can also pick it up near the gate.

We're staying off-site with family so I'm mostly interested in picking it up at the gate. How does one go about this? Do you take it to the gate and ask them to hold it for you? I've sent an inquiry to WDW but am not sure they'll answer before we leaver. Any help is appreciated.
