Does Disney use Latex gloves or Plastic?

My sister is contemplating a last-minute "join us" trip for a mental pick-me-up. She has a severe latex allergy and is thinking that she might not be able to eat at any CS or TS restaurant.

I searched this forum and didn't find any recent comments - can someone please let us know which gloves (if any) are used in the restaurants?

As a starter, we are scheduled to eat at:
Le Cellier
1900 Park Fare
50's Prime Time
Teppanyaki
Concourse Steakhouse
Crystal Palace

Any information would be much appreciated!

I found this thread indicating that the Disney owned restaurants us acrylic gloves, and another thread said that Disney didn't know about the non-Disney owned restaurants, although someone called Earl of Sandwich and they do use latex gloves. Hope this helps some!
