Does disney offer handheld showerheads in regular rooms by request

I am asking this as I noticed there is already a seat in the shower the kidani villas. I booked a roll in shower room as my mom needs the handheld option but not really the roll in option.

Our room opportunities would really open up if I didn't have to get a roll in shower room.

I asked this same question 4 years ago when we booked a normal able-bodied room in Saratoga and the front desk said that they won’t convert the shower head to a handheld one for only a 1 week stay. But they provided an EXTREMELY USED SHOWER SEAT. And guess who fell in the shower that year and almost broke their leg. Yep, Me!
