I was on another board and saw a question posted by someone I suspect is one of Disney's competitors or wants to be in a position to compete with Disney. Nevertheless, it is a legitimate question that Disney's marketing people would want to hear feedback about so I am going to ask the question here. You know they read what we say here, or what is the point of having this board?
The question asked on another board by someone who admits that he is in the amusement business was: Does Disney live UP to its reputation for service or does it live OFF of that reputation?
I think they do pretty well considering that they have many inexperienced workers dealing with masses of people, and these young workers are expected to not only move huge lines but provide "magic" or "pixie dust," which are often difficult to define. What do you think?
