I cannot eat white flour. It's not an allergy, just an intolerance, but it can cause me some nasty digestive issues.
Most whole wheat bread is actually a mix of regular wheat flour (which is really just white flour) and whole wheat flour, so I can't eat it.
It has to say 100% whole wheat or 100% whole grain in order for me to tolerate it.
Has anyone ever asked about the bread they have? Does anyone know if they can accommodate this weird need?
