Does Disney ever do point Add on specials?

Just wondering if they ever run specials on the newer resorts if you buy direct if they ever do specials to add on an additional 50, 75, or 100 points down the line? I'm guessing a hard no but not sure.

The incentives for current members is usually slightly better than those that are new purchasers. Currently this is the case with Riviera

Edit: This looks to be for Member's adding on, same as @Sandisw image. I'm not sure what it is for new purchasers (I can tell it's add on based on the financing rate being 8.99% with a 20% down payments, which is for add on contracts, new purchasers are at 9.99%).

Here is the current image from the Disney Vacation Club website in private mode (so it has no cache of me being a member). You can see they are better for current members still.

Though current members got an even better incentives if they bought during the initial sale period launch of the resort. Typically the better incentives need 150+ points and generally any incentive requires 100-125+.

I've always thought that DVC could make some quick money by offering down to 25 point add-ons for a resort you already own at for a slightly cheaper rate. The 2021 point chart changes may leave some people sort on a vacation that they've enjoyed for years. Seems to me they could limited these small add-ons but still make alot of profit.
