So since nxt tuesday looks like a really rainy day, i wonder do places like smokehouse grill, lucky fortune , award wieners do they have to go containers, I may not want to take my mom out but I would like to grab something to bring back to the room?

Yes ask for a to go box. Sometimes they box it for you, or you do it yourself.

I've never asked for one. But at the gift shops I've gotten a clear plastic bag to carry it in. Try asking. If no go to the gift shop

I've been able to get a bag at the couple of restaurants I asked. Usually I don't need one, but I think they are available.

If you know you will be getting food to go, you can get a bag (a clear one) ahead of time at most shops. Then, if the CS location doesn't have bags, you won't have to carry your containers around to find a bag.

Only at markets and places that sell groceries like convienence stores, 99 cent only stores and the like, then you have to pay for them and they aren't considered one time use bags at that point. By the way, do not throw those reusable versions in the trash, some cities charge massive fines if they find them in your trash can, I even heard of one threatening jail time over it. No wonder we now have such an issue with people not cleaning up after their dogs.
