Does Disney buyback points?

I never thought I would have to do this but I may need to try and sell by Disney Old Key West points. I know they have right of first refusal... do they wait until you attempt to change ownership before they respond or is there a resale number to call

Disney does not buy back points directly.

You must first find your own buyer. Once a contract has been made between you and the buyer, Disney will review the contract and may accept the contract for themselves, on the same terms as the potential buyer, or they may refuse it, in which case your original buyer would be bound to complete the contract.
