Does DDP get a different menu at TS?

We haven't been to Disney since 2007, and we had the Dining plan that trip. For some reason I remember being handed smaller/separate menus while that had options for dining plan guests. I fully admit after all the years it could just be a figment of my imagination that was created for some odd reason.

So I'm wondering, when we go this trip, is it a separate menu? Do DDP guests get to order whichever entrée they choose from the regular menu? I just want to be sure the picky eaters in my family can find something at all dinners.

As the pp said, no separate menus. Guests who have the DDP get the same menu as those who pay OOP.

The menu is the same for everyone but there may be a couple exclusions for those on the DDP. From my experience when we at Teppan Edo and Wolfgang Puck Cafe we were told we could order anything except the sushi. Other then those two places we've never been restricted on what we could order.

They do ask as you sit down if you are on the dining plan though....hmmmmm.
So they can do simple things - like let you know what drinks are included, run a separate check for alcohol/apptizers, advise you in ase you're a first-time user... feel free to continue theskepticism, though ;)

Lol it's really not that nefarious. How else would they be able to tell you if something is excluded when you order?

If they gave a different menu it wouldn't even have those excluded menu items on it.

No matter what they ask you when you sit down, you will not be offered a different menu than everyone else gets.

They ask you because the server rings up the DDP orders differently. If they don't know before you order that you have DDP then they have to run the orders again after the meal.

There are a few exclusions but they can pretty much be counted on one hand.
