Does CRT charge your Visa?

Does CRT charge your visa when you make a reservation or just put a hold on your card? I have decided to use the dining plan and wonder if I can just change it when I get there.

They do charge it but they'll refund your money at the restaurant if you decide to use your dining plan.

if you have a dining plan, you can attached your plan to the reservation and therefor they will not take the money from your visa however make sure that it says the CC is a guarantee. If you see the full amount it would cost for the meal, it means your dining plan is not being connected to the reservatio nand the $$ will be taken from your cc. your best bet would be to call them and they will make sure the cc is just for a hold and link it to your dining plan.
