Does Contemp have bus trans to EpCot or do we NEED to take 2 monorails?

We have Chef Mickey's brkfst booked 750am on our EpCot day.
Whats the fastest way to get to EpCot? Is there a direct bus? or do we need to take 2 monorails?

You'll need to take the resort monorail to the TTC the change for the Epcot monorail there is no bus.

It's not as bad as it sounds.
The TTC is the first stop after the Contemporary, so that'll only take you a few minutes; switch at the TTC and go directly to Epcot! BIG advantage of this over a bus is, no traffic lights or traffic! Your entire transit time (not counting wait time) is just over a half hour. Or you could take a boat to Wilderness Lodge then a bus to Epcot, or a bus to MGM then the boat to Epcot's International Gateway, but both of these take longer and still require a transfer.
Or you could take a cab directly to Epcot. No I don't know - but there's a taxi fare calculator in the Popular Transportation Links sticky.
