Does change in resort reservation mean change in dining?

I just changed my resort reservations to take advantage of free dining. Now I am wondering if I have lost all my dining reservations I had already made. Does anyone know if they are automatically cancelled?

No it does not, I called this morning did the same as you. I asked the agent, and she told me the dining reservations that we already made will not be affected
