Does booking trip effect discounts?

Hello!
New to this forum and it's been a great tool so far.

Maybe a simple question, after reading the various ways to receive discounts, does booking a trip now (for mid November) have any effect on receiving a pin code/discount etc - or just completely random?

When it comes to pin codes they are completely random. There are many people here that received one and already had a trip booked. I too am going in November and I have been booked since February. I have gotten pins in the past but not this one for fd. Hopefully this will turn into a general public offer.

i think it does... I have 4 rooms last year booked under 4 diff emails and NO PIN!!! This year 2 of the 4 have PINS!

I have not received a pin this time, but previous years I was booked and still got a pin.

I have always been booked when I received a PIN. My October trip was booked months ago, but I called yesterday and had the FD PIN. I know the PIN was not there on Monday because I called that day, too. Good luck!
