Does Bonnet Creek take room requests?

Does Bonnet Creek take room requests and if so which building/room should we request? (we have a 1 bedroom) We don't mind walking, but noise really bothers me. Thanks!

We stayed there from 6th December and a few days before I called and requested a room in the main buidling which is meant to be hard to get. Anyway, when we got there, we were given exactly what we had requested. When I called I said that my son would love to be close to the lazy river. the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We did not hear any noise the whole time we were there. There was construction giong on around the other side of the lake ans I guess there must have been noise, didn't hear anyone complain though.

We will be there this summer. What are the perks of being in the main building? Were you able to see the disney fireworks?

We requested the main buidling as we wanted to be near to the main pool and lazy river. Also we wanted to feel like we were in a hotel. We loved being in the main buidling as its close to everything, kids club, computer room, shop etc. Also we didn't want to be on a high floor as I was worried about my son being on the balcony, the main buidlin only had 3 storeys (i think). I wasn't bothered about the fireworks. I think you have to be on about floor 6 to see them. I would say that buildings 2 & 3 were also good locations.

how do you request a building? got the reservation thru RCI exchanges - just call the resort. Or like Sheraton Vistana is this an email or fax?

Not a 100% sure but think they do as they definitely have a presidential suite. I saw lots of people being shown around the main building so guess theyw ould probably have all room types there.

I called 3 days before we left England and asked if we could have a room in the main building. I said my 8 year old would want to be in the pool all the time. I think it helped that I also asked for a low floor as I wasn't bothered about seeing the fireowrks from our room. When I checked in the lady at reception actually said to me "I see you have a son who will want to be in the pool all the time" She said we had been given a room on 3rd floor overlooking the pool (room 314) and it was just perfect. I think it really did make a big different to the holiday for us being in the main building. Just hope when we go back again we will be lucky again.

The floor plans of the Village Building (main bldg.) that I have, do not show any 3-bedrooms. There are only 1-BR and 2-BR units.
