Does Boma have a kids buffet table?

I'm just wondering because my kids probably won't be eating most of what's on the buffet list. Do they have the standard nuggets and mac and cheese?

Yes, and they also have spaghetti and meatballs.

No, the food is just interladen with the other buffet items. They have chicken nuggets, spaghetti meatballs, french fries etc. in between the meats and the sides like cous-cous etc. An adult can enjoy the same fare if they so choose, it's not just for kids!
