Does Blue Bayou run if POTC is closed?

Seeing how POTC is scheduled for a refurb, but we have dining reservations for BB further out than the entertainment schedule goes. So my question is, does BB run when POTC is closed or do they go hand in hand?
I know there are no guarantees, just curious what the historic trend has been.

Not usually. I know they did do it one year, but most people said it was disappointing.
