Does BC have coffee makers in the room?

Since it seems like such a pain to get a refillable mug filled at the Beach Club since they don't have a real food court, I need another way to get my caffeine fix cheaply. Does BC automatically have a coffee maker in the room, or will I have to ask for one? Do they supply you with coffee too?

Yes, there is a small pot in the room with both regular & decaf.

We've started bring the Maxwell House filter packs with us. They are 4 cup size (perfect for the room coffee maker), and I just put a bunch in a zippy bag. We also bring sugar packets, pick up milk on site, and we're happy campers! Better than in room coffee, and we can relax and have a couple (or several cups) and enjoy a leisurely morning.

Oooh, Maxwell House makes filter packs? I didn't know that. I'll have to look for them. Last vacation, just in case they didn't replace the coffee, I brought loose coffee in a ziplock bag and some filters, but that sounds easier. Plus I was afraid the airline would see the loose coffee through the X ray machine in the luggage and think it was drugs or something.

There are coffee pots available but the tap water at the resorts is horrible so I don't know how good your coffee is going to come out unless you use bottled. JMO.

The drink refill station is very convienent at the Marketplace btw.

There is a 4 cup pot, and housekeeping provides coffee daily. We take extra filter packs, though, because DH drinks a full-size pot of coffee most mornings.

I didn't find it a pain to refill our mug at all, though, even without a real food court. BC Marketplace has decent hours, and we found it much more convenient than the real food court we had on our last (moderate) stay. At BC, refills are just a short, indoor walk/elevator ride away. At POR, there's a food court, but we had to walk along the path, across the river, and around the pool to get there!
