Does baby count towards occupancy?

At a WDW resort, can a family of 5 stay in a room normally for occupancy of 4, if baby is young enough to use a pack n play?

How old is the baby?

A little over a year

 

[Hopefully]

Rooms with an occupancy for 4 will allow a 5th under the age of 3 in a pack n play
