Does anyone skip formal night?

Yes, people skip formal night, that's the beauty of a cruise, you have options.
I wish the folks 2 tables over from us had skipped formal night, they wore matching sweatsuits to dinner!!!!!!!

My apologies to tvguy, but I have seen this type of post for over two years and every time it makes me laugh.

My family doesn't like to dress up, but we make an effort because we feel it is appropriate. Regardless, we couldn't give a hoot about the other people dining with us. If they choose to wear bathing suits or tuxedos and gowns it wouldn't bother us one way or the other.

You see, our fun is derived from our family and we don't care what others do. It certainly doesn't affect our fun, so we laugh when cruisers spend so much time critiquing what others wear.

If someone else affects your fun then maybe you need to reconsider your priorities.

BTW...we don't skip formal night and don't care to get too involved in what others think. Please don't forget "You Are On Vacation!".

It's easy to skip the formal night on the Wonder, because there is no formal night on the Wonder.

Well it was the night we were to dine at tritons/lumeres. Everyone says you are suppose to get more dressed up at that restaurant on the wonder.
