Back in 1980 when I first visited WDW, I remember going to this restaurant/show. I remember that we built our own pizza, adding toppings. I don't recall if it was in Fort Wilderness or Magic Kingdom. I seem to think there was country dancing on a stage and red check tablecloths. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Was it the Diamond Horseshoe Revue or Hoop Dee Doo Revue?

If it was the Hoop-Dee-Doo, then it has changed. I'm not sure which it is/was.:D :p :D

Not real sure but that sounds like the restaurant in Fort Wildnerness. I remember having pizza there and I believe they had the red check table cloths.
They had entertainers while you ate. I think a piano player, boy am I trying to dig way in the back of my brain for this, LOL!!

LOL Bumcat. I was only 10 and that is one thing that really sticks in my mind. My parents photos are missing, neither claims to have them, though I have one or two. I'm trying to get copies of my aunt's, they're SLIDES!

It was definitley Ft. Wilderness. We used to spend a lot of time there!

The same place the buffet is now. Not the Hoop de doo...Trails End?? I can't remember the name!

That's it Trails End, I couldn't remember the name.
Intense - Lucky for me I was old enough to have a pitcher of beer back then, LOL! Maybe that's why the memory is a little fuzzy. I do remember having so much fun there.
