Good fun John, hows Brian?

I have mini-lights in my Owner's Locker. Sometimes we put them on the balcony and sometimes around the slider to the balcony. Season doesn't matter.
Next week Vero Beach -- I need to borrow John's fish lights!![]()

We did decorate with some lights at VWL during our Christmas stay a few years ago. In our handout at check-in they specifically indicated that illuminated decorations were not allowed on the balconies and may be removed if displayed.
I asked a couple of CM's about that and they said it protected Disney (surprise, surprise) in case anyone complained about the lights they had the right to pull them down without permission. They told me to go ahead and decorate if we wanted to, but if we came back at some point and the lights were gone it meant that someone complained about them.
I guess nobody complained as we had them up for the entire week.![]()
We have stayed at the CR for the past 9 years for Christmas and have 2 rooms joining facing MK and put colored lights on both balconies. Our rooms are right in line with the Christmas tree out front. I use a timer to keep them on until morning and the monorail CMs say they look forward to seeing them each night and early morning when they get started.![]()
