Does anyone own a test track remote control car?

We just returned from WDW, and my son bought a test track remote control car. Well, it doesn't work properly, and I'm not sure why. It won't go forward. The other three directions work fine, but forward doesn't even make the wheels turn.

Does anyone possibly still have the directions from their packaging? We came home with only part of the packaging, and feel we must have thrown out something important because the lame instructions with it don't really tell you anything.

I don't own one but if you are having trouble with it you can have it replaced by calling WDWmailorder @ 407-363-6200. I had a question about the WDW train and she said that if we had any trouble with it that I could return it. I would call them and talk to them to see what they say. Good luck
