Baker's Breakfast cookies?

My neighbor has been talking about them for a long time now and she finally brought one over so I can try them, and they are absolutely DELICIOUS. Her sister gets them online and will get me some the next time she orders but I dont think I can wait that long. They are loaded with fiber and is advertised as high energy.



Any help out there finding them local would be great.

Can you figure out how many carbs are in these cookies? I come up with 54 but on the bottom of the pkg it has Diabetic Exchange: 4 carbohydrates 1 fat

I don't know anything about this product but the fact that it is advertised as high energy would warn me away from it as that usually means high calories and that certainly wouldn't fit in with my eating plan.

From what I understand, 1 Carbohydrate Exchange equally approximately 15 - 17 carbs. Therefore, 4 exchanges = 60 carbs!

Those who are diabetic could give you a better answer I am sure.
