Don't know what it is made of but the cake is ok but the junk in the middle was icky IMHO

I looked up the recipe, and the ingredients listed online are....

3/4 cup butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 eggs
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 teaspoons Grand Marnier

For the white-chocolate truffle:
6 ounces white chocolate
3 tablespoons heavy cream
3 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier

I am unsure if this is a 'copy cat' recipe, or a copy of the recipe directly from Disney. From the way it was written it looks like it was directly from Disney.

It certainly does to me. But I am not a huge chocoholic, so maybe that's why it sounds like too much to me.
