We just received our Disney packet in the mail yesterday with luggage tags, cards, etc... but then last night we changed and decided to fly instead of drive so I called Disney and booked flights with them and also reserved DME bus. So should they be mailing me the DME luggage tags and other informations too?
When should I expect to get it? We leave on June 26th and want to make sure I have everything we need.

You should have enough time to get your DME info packet. This will include a luggage tag for each person on the reservation. If you think you may need more than one tag pp, call and ask for more to be sent. There will also be vouchers for the bus ride to the resort, as well as directions to the DME counter at MCO. Be sure to keep this packet with you, in your carryon bag.
You can expect to receive your packet in a week or so. They usually get sent out 4-5 weeks prior to travel, but because you just made your reservation that won't apply.

You should get your packet from the DME in plenty of time.

Last year I booked DME last minute so didn't have time to receive my packet. I was told to just check-in at the DME, that I would be in the computer; additionally, I would need to give my claim check #'s to them and they would retrieve my luggage. I was skeptical about them being able to locate and deliver my luggage without the bright yellow tags being attached, but it worked like a charm.

They said they have last minute bookings made all the time.
