Is your ME information supposed to show up on your Disney reservation (like the one that I can view online)? Thanks! :thumbsup2

I'm not sure but I'll bump it up for you. If you have any doubts about whether or not they have you in the system, just call them. I will share a CRO story though...I booked DME through CRO last spring. It was a bit convoluted but I figured it would work out. My dh, dd and myself were going to stay at POP. I was to arrive on Monday morning, they arrived late Tuesday night, then we were driving to Tampa, so no return on DME. The CRO agent kept telling me I couldn't do that, I told them I could. They told me everyone had to ride at the same time. No, I had already talked to DME and they said it was absolutely doable. The CRO person called DME with me on hold. DME told them how to do it. Okay, so I'm still not sure, so I call them back 2 weeks later, they can't find me in the system and we go through the whole thing yet again. It took me 3 calls before they could actually get me in the system. It never showed on my reservation on-site, so I'm not sure if it was just my whacky DME reservation or all of them. It kept saying that no reservation was found, not even right up to 3 days before I left. But, I had called DME directly about a month before departure and they confirmed that they had me in the system. I got my packet and was good to go.
So...if you have any doubt, call DME directly...but be aware that they won't have you in the system until about a month or so before you are to travel.

When you make your original reservation with Disney and you sign up for ME, and you know your flight info, then you will see it in the system. If your info changes, or you sign up for it after, then a call to the Disney res center will allow you to make the changes. The ME people wont see you in their system until about 45-60 days out from your trip. Once you receive your ME stuff, you have to call the ME folks to make any changes.
