Does anyone know who designed this?

I found this a few months ago and saved it to my PC to have a tshirt made of it once it got close to our trip. Well, now it's close to my trip and I can't find the designer and this about the only Disney-ish tshirt I'll be able to get DH to wear. If you made this or know who did, can you please let me know? I spend a couple of hours on Sat. night going down the list of DISigners from that first thread and cannot find it. Help, please?!
