Actually for 2009, there will be THREE types of dining plans:
(Begins 1/1/09) Quick Service which is 2 CS meals, 2 snacks and 1 mug per night of stay
Basic which is 1 TS, 1 CS, 1 snack (no mug) per night of stay
Deluxe which is 3 meals (your choice of TS or CS or mix/match), 2 snacks and 1 mug per night of stay
There is also a wine add on which includes 1 bottle of wine per night of stay
You can download the pdf brochure which lists the restaurants includes, more details about the credits (things like which restaurants cost 2 credits, what each credits covers, etc):

These links are all for the package, so they don't show you the individual prices, but here are the prices (keep in mind that adults are anyone age 10 or over, children are age 3-9, under 3 is free to eat off an adults plate) and these prices are per person, per night of stay (and you have to purchase it for each night of stay, all people in the room must be on the same plan).
QS: $29.99 per adult $8.99 per child
Basic: $39.99 per adult $10.99 per child
Deluxe: $69.99 per adult $19.99 per child
I couldn't find the price for the wine add on, but I think it's $45 per night of stay.
