Does anyone know when they're closing down HM for the TNBC overlay?

I'm looking at booking a trip for the end of August or beginning of September, and I remembered that that's when they close HM to change it over to the Holiday version. Has a date been announced yet for 2022, for when they'll close it?

Looks like last year was around Aug 16th? So shoot for it going down in the middle of the month ^.^

Official start of Halloweentime hasn't been announced so it's hard to know. But end of August it will definitely be down. Last year they did start Halloweentime the Friday of Labor Day weekend so if they do that again then it would open with that (which could include your "beginning of September" timeframe) but who knows. Last year was the first time in recent memory for me that they started Halloweentime that early.

Personally, I think the current CA Resident ticket offer expiring on 9/15 suggests Halloweentime might start 9/16, though that seems a little late.

Last year that deal went through 9/30 but it started later. My guess is halloweentime will either start on 9/2 or 9/9.

We were in the park last year in the middle of August. I believe HM closed on the 16th of August.
