Does anyone know what "commercial unit" is?

In the POS for Beach Club Villas, "commercial units" and a particular "commercial unit" is described, including a legal property description for the "commercial unit". Does anyone know what commercial unit is being described in the POS? Just a curiousity.

I think that "commercial unit" refers to the public building components of the DVC resorts. This would include any restaurant, recreational, front desk, store or maintenance structures. At BCV, it might include "areas" like the Breezeway or the pool structure. "Unit" does not necessarily refer to a free standing building for either the commercial or residential areas.
