Hi, I have been researching airfares to go to disneyland and the cheapest I can get for a direct flight is jetblur to long beach for 315. I know everyone says the airfares went up but this seems like alot to me. Is this a good price for travel in July? Should I book it or wait. Thanks for your help. Gina

We booked JetBlue from JFK to Long Beach for June at $258 RT. This was a few months ago, though. I would go ahead and book what you are seeing now in case the fares go up more, and then watch the flights to see if they go on sale. If they do, you can call JetBlue and get a credit for the difference in price that is good for one year. I used credits from earlier flights to pay for most of our flights to CA, as a matter of fact.

I just booked my flights to Long Beach from JFK last night on Jet Blue (for August). It was $601.20 total rt for 2 adults. Not too bad, IMO. I paid around $350 pp rt a couple of years ago.

When I fly between LA and NYC, I generally feel like I've done well if I can get below $250. Right now, for instance, I'm seeing $243 for travel in April and May.

Thanks, I know I waited to long. I kept thinking the fares have to go down. I'm going to book today and hope to get a credit too. :teeth:

We're flying to San Francisco from Buffalo on 4/28 and we're paying $189 rt. I used Kayak.com and it searched for the best airfare from a few airports. We have to drive about 3.5 hrs to Buffalo airport, but it was 1/3 of the price from our local airport and 1/2 the price from Syracuse.

You may not fine a better price than what you're seeing on Jetblue, but it's worth a try....Just pick the airport you'd like to fly out of and the dates and see what happens. :thumbsup2

Cigar95....Hi...I am in La Mirada too! Wow...I have never flown before, so if you have any suggestions on how to go from here to Orlando MCO...I could use your help! We aren't going til 5/2007, but it may take me that long to figure out how to book a flight!
