Does anyone know the fastest/easiest way to do this?

Hi - I am staying at the Beach Club Villas and then switching to the Contemporary Tower - should I take the bus to MK and then the monorail to Contemporary?? Do I have to take my luggage with me or will BCV send them over?? Will BCV give me a lift too while their at it?? Thanks for any info/advice!!

The bus to MK and monorail to the Contemporary will be the fastest free way to get to the resort. The Beach Club will move your luggage, but it most likely won't arrive until the afternoon of the day you move.

The fastest and easiest way is to take a cab for about $10-$12. The fastest way with Disney transportation is to take the bus to MK and then Monorail or walk to CR.

Let Disney move your luggage. When you check out, leave your bags with the Bell Hop. Be sure to tell them you are moving to the CR and watch to see they label all your bags correctly. They might even be able to tell you approximnately when your bags will arrive at the CR. IIRC, you will have to be in your room to get them delivered.

Now you are free to enjoy your day. You can either go to the CR right away to check in (your room probably won't be ready), or you can check in later. Call Bell Services to deliver your luggage when you actually get in the room.

Remember to pack your "must have's" in a tiny back you can keep with you. Many folks here can tell you the luggage will be delivered BUT it may take a while. Ours went missing last summer for a few hours at Beach Club Villas and I wished I had kept our swimsuits with us! Be prepared just in case.
