Does Anyone know the deadline?

There has got to be a deadline that the restaurants must abide by to say they are either in or out of the 2008 dining plan.

I don't know that there's a deadline. More likely, it is an ongoing process of contract negotiations that doesn't end until an agreement is reached or it becomes clear that no compromise is possible.

Last year, the final list came out in mid-November, so it shouldn't be too much longer before we see the real '08 list.

If there is a deadline, I doubt anyone here knows it.
And anything Disney is always subject to change without notice. Anything could go either way really.

Yes, practically speaking, there is no deadline.

Last year, the finalized list was released November 15.
