How often does US hit their capacity in the summer?

My parents have yet to book their vacation for the end of July. I told my mother to get on it but she keeps saying she has a "great travel agent."

Capacity is very high (I don't know exact numbers)

To my knowledge, neither park has ever reached Full Capacity, except during a few HHN years.
