Does anyone know the exact taxi rates in Florida?

Like what does it start at and how much for each mile after that?

Just trying to get an approximate idea for our trip.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the rates for Checker Cab may have gone up slightly. All of thier cabs have new magnetic decals with new rates covering the old. I wasn't able to get a close up look, though. Not that it would matter, I can't remember the old rates.

The taxi rate from MCO to WDW is $40 - $60 one way, depending on the company. From POR to Poly appox. $9.

You also need to factor in standing time--the time that the cab is "en route" but not actually moving, like a stop sign/red light, or stuck in traffic. The meter keeps ticking, and this is impossible to calculate in advance, as traffic conditions change from moment to moment.

If there is a wreck on the Beeline or Greenway, the meter is still running even though the cab is standing still or crawling along. This in itself is a good reason to take a flat fee car service rather than a cab.
