You can't get Excegrin Migraine here although I wish you could. I find excedrin tension headache works well also. Kathy

I found advil doesn't work very well either for my headaches. The excedrin tension headache you can get in the states, whenever I have a family member going to the States I have them bring some back. Sorry if I mislead you into thinking you could get it here. when we were in FLA we bought enough to do us for a awhile. I get cluster type migraines that last for days. Some times I get a slight headache every day. Try Tiger balm ointment you get a small container for $5 at walmart. I rub it on my temples/forehead. I find it numbs my h/a to allow me to function day to day I even use it when I have a real banger and lie down for awhile. You can get it in clear so it won't turn your forehead reddish. I never leave home without it. it has a slight smell to it as it is made out of red peppers. Hope this helps headaches are no laughing matter. Kat
