Does Anyone know if the DC card with Entertainment Logo???

Does anyone know if that logo on our DC card will get us the Entertainment discount at the Universal Orlando hotels? We have a room booked on the EC discount and I don't want to spend an additional $30.00 for another card if I don't need it. I don't do the coupon thing often. We got a great deal on a 4 night package at the HRH with EC and I will buy it if I have to but sofar the DC card has proven to be useless to me. I would be happier to not have to get another discount card that I won't really use.

Call the hotel directly if they say yes get the name of the person you spoke with. S/D will accept it but Disney blacked out Orlando hotels and it has been reported that many won't accept it. $30 may be cheap insurance against having to pay rack rate when you get there.

Thanks! You are right it is a much bigger saving that the $30 I need to spend. The rack rate at the place is crazy. But everything about this vacation is expensive. I don't have any clue to how all of you guys here get such great deals. I didn't realize that Disney blacked out hotels. I guess I won't be getting another DC card again. Well live and learn.
