Does anyone know how to bypass..

having to enter in all the information when you call CRO??
I hate having to press one, enter my confirmation number, enter my phone number, have I been to Disney before, have I been in the last 4 years, am I traveling with 8 or more people!!

Anyone know how to get to a CM faster??

Don't push anything, the message will repeat and then a CM will answer.

I skip the reservation number by hitting ##, then I skip the phone number by hitting ##, it just makes things faster. I mean why enter those infos when you know the CRO is going to ask you the same questions anyways.
