We've been in Feb a few times now. Bring a little bit of everything as the weather can be cool at night, needing a jacket, and cool during the day, needing long pants and sleeves. However it can be awesome too and you'll need shorts and t's. This past feb we lucked out with weather and had temps in the high 70's, low 80's every day except 2 out of 14. One day we wore pants after about 1 hour of rain in the morning, and the other we had a light jacket on for most of the day. We had great weather this time, but have also used our jeans a lot on other trips. It does depend a bit on your perspective too. We have photos of us at the FW pony rides with us in a light sweater and pants, and the CM in a long sleeved flannel shirt, sweatshirt, and sheepskin lined suede coat! Where I'm from in Canada, our winters get pretty cold, so anything without snow is a bonus in Feb, but we sure had a laugh that day! Just be prepared and wear layers - especially if you are planning on staying later in the parks. One day we used a locker when we wanted to stay for Fantasmic and left the coats until we needed them.
