Yes check out the camping thread. Lots of tips on there about golf carts. You will be allowed to drive them all over the Fort.

Just to clarify, there are no cabins, and no golf carts to rent, at Wilderness Lodge (WL). The cabins are located at Fort Wilderness (FW), which is a completely separate resort. The only thing they share is "Wilderness" in the name.

FW and WL are both in the same general MK/Bay Lake area, but are about a mile apart.
