Does anyone know about the North Face outlet in Kittery?

We live in MA and about 30 minutes from Wrentham Village Outlets--have never been though! Anyhow DS wants a North Face for his 18th birthday Monday and we thought we would hit Wrentham on Thursday to pick one up. I just went to their website and saw no North Face. I saw the Kittery ME has one though. Have any of my DIS friends gone to this outlet and is it worth the one hour trip up for us?

If we went to Kittery we would also go to a few of the other stores as well. Or am I better off, going to Dick's Sporting Goods which is less than 5 minutes from us???

Thoughts anyone??

Overall I've felt the deals in general are better in kittery than at wrentham. however i doubt the 10% (if that) savings at the north face is really worth the drive, especially in the cold/wind/snow we've got going on right now.
truthfully i was very disappointed in early November at Wrentham.

I've been there once. Prices are pretty good, but it is hit or miss with if they have your size or color. If he wants an exact jacket I'd skip it. If he is flexible you might do pretty good.

ok, as far as I know...there is NOT an NorthFace Outlet in Kittery....Looks like its in Freeport......... Kittery Trading Post SELLS northfcae, but not at Outlet prices...

UGH...that would be 3 hours for us, lol. Thanks, I don't know where on earth I saw Kittery today. Could be I just saw Maine and my brain automatically went to Kittery, lol!Oh well, perhaps I can talk DH into a little trip to Orlando this weekend, lol!!!

have you tried 6pm.com , pretty good deals. It is kinda hit or miss. I try to check once a week. Might not be in hands for Monday, but I did see several good deals a cpl of days ago.
