does anyone know about Laura Ingalls Wilder?

I was just wondering if anyony knew about Laura Ingalls Wilder. My mom and I are going to MO to see one of her houses I was wondering if you had some tips....................L

LIW was the lady who wrote all the Little House on the Prarie books. I don't have an tips on seeing her house, but I would think it would be interesting to see what her books were based on.

I read all of the original books when I was younger... loved them.

We did a LIW tour a few summers ago and saw every place she had lived. We live in a NW suburb of Chicago, so we went in a circle from Wisconson to Minnesota to South Dakota to Kansas to Missouri and then home. I have quite a bit of information from the trip-where to stay, other things to do on the way, etc. PM me if you are interested.

My mom, sister and I LOVE the Little House books (and show). I live pretty close to the place you are going, but, sadly, have never been there!For some reaqson, the only place we go is Disney World! Strange!
