Does anyone know a website for the pre-screening security card?

I cant find anything online. Maybe I am not saying it right. You pay for it and they do a prescreening process to get you through security quicker.

However, you have to do the actual application in person at the airport (very few airports have this yet, MCO was the first) So if you are only going once it just doesn't make sense. If you fly out of MCO a lot it might be worth it.

The website does give you the items you need to do the screening and you can fill out the basic info on there to speed it up at the airport.
