Hi I know there are discount numbers out there that you use before the number you want to call to get a good discount off the price. I can google them but I am always apprehensive in case the one I use is a Scam. Has anyone got one that they have used in the past.

I have been asked to call customer services at universal to discuss a problem we had in the past to check there is a way to avoid it again be fore we book. So it may be a longish call.

Another option which I've just tried out okay is by SKYPE, it was a free call so if your already set up with SKYPE just dial Universal's Toll Free number on +1 8776888011.

I got through to a recorded message with 6 different options such as buying tickets, FAQ, hotel bookings and so on.

If you're not yet on SKYPE it's free for most calls and can be downloaded easily, just google SKYPE or go to www.skype.com to make internet calls for free....
