the link to the thread where Dan Murphy explained how to put a picture in a post? (I just remember it started with [img.......)

Thanks

I don't have the link but if you go to the technical board it will be there.

Hi Newmousecateer!

Is this a picture already on the web or a personal one on your computer? :)

Hi Willy

It is on ImageStation. He had directions that went something like

"Click on this, add attachment, then he gave directions about etc."

(Great help aren't I?) LOL

Thanks Shannon! :D

Thanks Willy and ebaynut31.

Appreciate the help!

(I will not print out 500 copies to leave all around the house) :p

Okay, here's what you do. . right click on the pic, and a little menu should come up. . the bottom option is "properties" , laft click on that. .

A properties tab will come up. . and in the middle of that there should be a line that says "Address: http//xxxxxxxxxx.gif or http//xxxxxxx.jpg
Drag your mouse across it so it's highlighted, then right click and hit "copy". . .

Come back here and paste the address into your post, then add the "img" brackets around it . . should look something like:
[img.]http//xxxxxxxxxx.gif[/img.] but as Shannon said, leave out the ".'s" by the "img's"

If you have any problems, shoot me a PM with the address of the pic and I'll help ya out. . :)
