Does anyone have the USAir Master Card?

I just got this card so I could get the 30k points for my next trip. It arrived yesterday and I immediately used it and went online to pay the annual fee.
Will I need to wait for the the purchase to be posted and pay that before I get my points? How long until the points show on my account?

Usually it takes 6-8 weeks for those initial bonus points to hit your account. The fine print during your sign-up should have covered that.

Six to eight weeks of what? From my payment? What was your experience?
