Does Anyone Have the New Peg Perego Vela Stroller?

DH and I are thinking about purchasing the 2010 Peg Perego Vela Stroller. We have an Aria OH but it's on it's last leg. The wheels lock up constantly and it's extremely hard to push. I really want another super lightweight stroller with decent recline and storage. I think the Vela is meant to replace the Aria and have better maneuvering. My concern is the single front wheel. I read a review that said a 13 month old boy tipped the stroller over sitting in it and that the front wheel is not sturdy enough to keep it from tipping. Has anyone else had a similar problem? How is the maneuverability of the front wheel? Any feedback on the stroller is greatly appreciated!

Strollerqueen really liked the Pliko Si. It wasn't a huge success, so it is being discontinued, and you can get a good price on it right now. (AFAIK, there is nothing wrong with it at all; I think people just thought it didn't look as cushy as the P3, which it isn't, because it is meant to be lighter.)

I can't tell you about the Vela, but if you're going with a 3-wheeler that size, you might want to consider the BJ City Mini -- it gets rave reviews, and it is 3 lbs. lighter that the Vela.
