Does Anyone have Entertainment book for Orlando?

Does anyone have the entertainment book for Orlando? I am wondering what numbers on the fine dining card correspond to these restaurants Augustines, Samba Room and Salt Island Chop House. As many know the cards are not marked so you can use them in any area as long as you know the numbers.

I just got the book last week and was actually wondering how the card works...but looking up the restaurants for you I see:

Augustine's Bar and Grille: no. 18

Salt Island Chop House: no. 7

But I see no listing for the Samba room. Sorry. Hope this helps.

The Entertainment card from any area will work in Orlando if the number isn't already punched or marked out.
I posted a thread on there listing all the restaurants and their numbers and someone just bumped it up the other day.
I have an Orlando book and a Ft. Worth one...and love them both, and use them both. For me they pay for themselves.
